Abstract
Bu çalışma İstanbul'un Avrupa yakasında yer alan Çekmece Nükleer Araştırma veEğitim Merkezi ve çevresinin'nin florası üzerine yapılmıştır. 2003-2005 yılları arasındayapılan araştırma sonunda, araştırma sahasında 63 familya ve 241 cinse ait 411taksonunyer aldığı saptanmıştır.Çalışma alanında endemik takson sayısı 4 olup toplam takson sayısına oranı %0.98 dir.Florayı oluşturan 411 taksonun 89 u (%21.7) Akdeniz, 48 i (%11.7) Avrupa-Sibirya, 3 ü(%0.7) ise İran-Turan elementidir. The flora of Cekmece Nuclear Research Enstitute (Istanbul) and its environs has beeninvestigated. This area is situated on the Europe side of Istanbul. This study has beencarried out between 2003-2005. At the end of this study 63 families, 241 genera and 411taxa are identified. The endemic plants taxa are 4 and its rate is %0.98. The phytogeographic regions ratesare as follows: Mediterranean 21.7 %, Euro-Sibirean 11.7 % and Irano-Turanien 0.7 %.The rest are phytogeographically unknown or cosmopolitan and rates of them are65.9%.The taxa of flora consists of 1 Pteridophyta and the majority, 410 Spermatophyta. All ofSpermatophyta taxa are belong to Angiospermae. There is no any record fromGymnospermae. Amongs the Angiospermae, 352 taxa belonging to Dicotyledonae and58 taxa of Monocotyledonae. The richest families of the study area are Asteraceae, Fabaceae, Poaceae, Lamiaceaeand Scrophulariaceae respectively. The richest genera from point of richness of taxa areTrifolium, Vicia, Ranunculus, Rumex, Veronica.
