Abstract
The Islamic civilization lost blood during the fall of the Abbasid State in Baghdad (656/1258), and since that date it has begun various studies on science and literature to rise again. In this context, the Sultanate of Mamluks, some regional rulers and literary figures, who attached importance to Islamic science, contributed to this resurrection. Thus, the treasure of the Arabic language and literature was preserved and new literary products emerged in the light of them. Literary figures and works in the period constituted a connection ring with our civilization and delivered the scientific heritage to us day by day.In this study, we will examine the life, works, literary personality of the one of the best Arab poets in the Mamluks period.
