Hacda Mina`da gecelemenin hükmü ve güncel uygulama

Abstract

İslam'dan önceki dönemde yaşayan Peygamberler döneminde de önemli yere sahip olan Mina, İslâmdan sonra da bu önemini devam ettirmiştir. Bu çalışmada Hac esnasında Mina ile ilgili olan menâsik ele alınmış ve özellikle Mina'da gecelemenin hükmü üzerinde durulmuştur. Hanefî mezhebinin bu konudaki hükmünün etkisiyle genelde Hanefî hacıların özelde de Türkiye hacılarının `Kurban Bayramı günlerinde Mina'da geceleme` ibadetini ihmal ettiği gözlemlenmektedir. Çalışma bu özel problemi ele almış ve bu ibadeti ihmal etmenin gerekçelerini inceleyerek bir sonuca ulaşmıştır. Buna göre zikredilen gerekçeler yeteri kadar etkili olmadığından Mina'da geceleme ibadetinin hacılara tavsiye edilmesi ve bir sünnetin ihyası anlamında terkedilmemesi gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

As a particular place of pilgrimage, Mina which held importance even during the time of earlier prophets before Islam, continued to be an important part of hajj in Islam. This thesis examines the practices related to Mina during hajj and focuses on especially the rulings on staying overnight in Mina. It appears that as a result of Hanafi standpoint on the ruling of staying overnight in Mina as sunna, Hanafis in general, Turkish pilgrims in particular tend to neglect the practice of staying overnight. This study deals with this negligence problem and reaches to a conlclusion by examining its reasons. According to this conclusion, it argues that because these asserted reasons are not sufficient to justiy this negligence, even though it might be a sunna, this sunna should be revived and the pilgrims should strive more to apply this practice.
