Veri madenciliği ile Türkiye`deki ve Avrupa Birliği ülkelerindeki bilgisayar mühendisliği bölümleri ders içeriklerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Türkiye'de eğitim seviyesinin ve kalitesinin arttırılması için sürekli olarak çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Eğitim kalitesini artırabilmek için, yapılması gereken işlemlerden biri, mevcut kullanılan sistemler ile kullanılabilecek alternatif sistemlerin karşılaştırılması, mevcut sistemdeki eksiklerin tespit edilmesi ve mümkünse bu eksikliklerin tamamlanmasıdır. Bu tezde bilgisayar mühendisliği lisans programlarının eğitim kalitesinin artırılması konusunaodaklanılmış ve konu ile ilgili eksikliklerin tespit edilmesi için çözüm yolları aranmıştır. Bu tezin başlıca amacı, Türkiye'deki bilgisayar mühendisliği lisans programlarının Erasmus Programı ile anlaşmasının olduğu üniversitelerdeki programlar arasındaki eğitim farkının en aza indirilebilmesidir. Bu tez ile Türkiye ve diğer Avrupa ülkelerindeki bilgisayar mühendisliği lisans programlarının dersleri Veri Madenciliği Sınıflandırma algoritmaları kullanılarak karşılaştırılmış ve Türkiye'deki derslerin eksikleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Continuous work is done to improve the level and quality of education in Turkey. In order to improve the quality of education, one of the tasks that needs to be done is to compare the existing systems with the alternative systems that can be used, to identify the deficiencies in the current system and to complete these deficiencies, if possible. In this thesis, computer engineering undergraduate programs are focused on increasing the quality of education and solutions are sought in order to determine deficiencies related to the subject. The main objectiveof this thesis, the difference between computer engineering undergraduate courses and Erasmus partner universities' undergraduate courses in Turkey is to minimize.
