Niğde müzesinde bulunan İslami dönem figürlü sikkeler (Osmanlı Dönemine kadar)

Abstract

Sosyo-kültürel, ticari ve iktisadi hayatın incelenmesinde hanedanlıkların bastırdıkları sikkeler Sanat ve Tarih anabilim dallarında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu düşünceyle, Niğde Müzesi' nde Bulunan İslami Dönem Figürlü Sikkeler konusu üzerine çalışmaya karar alınmıştır. Niğde Müzesi' nde Bulunan İslami Dönem Figürlü Sikkeler ile ilgili olarak daha öncesinde bilimsel bir çalışma yapılmamıştır. Bilimsel bir çalışma yapılmamış olması bu tezin önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmada figürlü sikkelerin katalog halinde düzenlenmesi, figür ve şekillerin belirlenmesi, detaylı fotoğraflarının çekilmesi, yazıların okunması ile elde edilen veriler ortaya konularak genel bir değerlendirme ve sonuç yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Müzenin depo bölümünde ve teşhir vitrininde muhafaza edilen toplam 72 sikke tezin konusunu oluşturmaktadır. İncelenen sikkeler; Eyyubi, Artuklu, Zengi, Erbil Beyliği ve Anadolu Selçuklu devletlerine ait sikkelerdir. Sikkeler incelenirken devletler kronolojik olarak ele alınmış olup sikkeler sıralanırken hükümdarlar kronolojik olarak ele alınmıştır. Böylece figürlerde görülen değişim çizgisi izlenebilmektedir. Değerlendirme yapılırken ele alınan sikkeler üzerinde ki figürler gruplandırılmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Sikke, İslami Sikke, Figür, Niğde Müzesi, Figürlü Sikke

The coins of the dynasties repress, have a significant role at examination of socio-cultural, commercial and economic life in Department of Art and History. In the direction of this thought, it was decided to work on the subject of Islamic figurative coins which are found in Niğde Museum. There is no scientific study has been done before about the Islamic figurative coins which are found in the Niğde Museum. In the view of the fact that a scientific study has not been done reveals the importance of this thesis.In this study, it is aimed to give a general evaluation and results by putting the data obtained by cataloging of figurative coins, determination of figures and images, drawing of detailed photographs, reading of the texts.A total of 72 coins, which are kept in the warehouse section of the museum and in the display window, constitute the subject of the thesis. The examined coins belong to these dynasties; Ayyubid, Artuqid, Zangid, Erbilid Principality and Anatolian Seljuk. The dynasties were considered chronologically while the coins were examined and while coins were ordered, the monarchs were taken chronologically. Thus, the line of change seen in the figures can be seen. The figures on the coins handled during the evaluation were grouped.Keywords: Coin, Islamic coin, Figure, Niğde Museum, Figure Coin
