Mevkuf hadisin Merfû rivâyet edilmesi ile ilgili Müslim`e yöneltilen eleştiriler (Tetebbuʿ özelinde)

Abstract

Dârekutnî Tetebbuʿ adlı eserinde Müslim'in Sahîh'ini illetli hadisler içerdiği gerekçesiyle eleştirmiştir. Dârekutnî'nin eleştirilerinin çoğu hadislerin senedlerine yöneliktir.Bu çalışma en çok karşılaşılan illet nedenlerinden biri olan mevkuf hadisin merfû olarak rivâyet edilmesi ile ilgili Tetebbuʿda Müslim'e yöneltilen eleştirileri ele almıştır. Öncelikle Dârekutnî'nin Tetebbuʿdaki genel yöntemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Daha sonra onun hem merfû hem de mevkuf olarak rivâyet edilen hadisler arasında tercih metodu tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak da söz konusu eleştirilerin Müslim'in kitabınının sahihliğine zarar verebilecek nitelikte olup olmadığı değerlendirilmiştir.

In his Tetebbuʿ Dârekutnî criticized Muslim's Sahîh as it contains mu'allal traditions. Most of Dârekutnî's criticisms are related to isnads.This study deals with the criticisms that are directed to Muslim in Tetebbuʿ on the grounds that he sometimes relates hadith mawquf as marfû and this is also one of the frequent reasons of ʿilal. First of all, Dârekutnî's method in Tetebbuʿ is analyzed and later on, the factoes on which Muslim prefers between marfû and mawquf are tried to be established. Finally, it is discussed whether the criticisms in question are significant to the degree that they will vitiate the soundness of Muslim's Sahîh.
