Abstract
Apiaceae familyasına ait Ferula brevpedicellata, Fuernrohria setifolia, Caropodium platycarpum, Grammosciadium daucoides, Grammosciadium macrodon subsp nezaketiae, Pimpinella nudicaulis, Prangos pabularia ve Zosima absinthifolia taksonlarının etanol çözeltisi ekstraktlarının antimikrobiyal aktivitesi, disk difüzyon (DD) ve minimum inhibisyon konsantrasyon (MİK) yöntemi ile beş gram pozitif (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Listeria monocytogenes), dokuz gram negatif bakteri (Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella enteritidis, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Klebsiella pneumoniae) ve bir mantar (Candida albicans) olmak üzere 15 mikroorganizmaya karşı test edilmiştir. Ferula brevpedicellata, Grammosciadium daucoides, Grammosciadium macrodon subsp nezaketiae, Pimpinella nudicaulis ve Prangos pabularia etanol ekstraktları iki bakteriye karşı antimikrobiyal aktivite sergilemştir. Fuernrohria setifolia ve Caropodium platycarpum ekstraktı üç bakteriye karşı ve Zosima absinthifolia beş bakteriye karşı antimikrobiyal aktivite sergilemiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Apiaceae, Antimikrobiyal etki, MİK, disk difüzyon. Antimicrobial activity of ethanol sollution extract of Ferula brevpedicellata, Fuernrohria setifolia, Caropodium platycarpum, Grammosciadium daucoides, Grammosciadium macrodon subsp nezaketiae, Pimpinella nudicaulis, Prangos pabularia and Zosima absinthifolia species belong to Apiaceae was evaluated against fifteen Microorganism which five of them gram-positive (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Listeria monocytogenes), nine gram negative bacteria (Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella enteritidis, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Klebsiella pneumoniae) and one fungi (Candida albicans) by a disk diffusion (DD) and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) method. Ethanol Extract of Ferula brevpedicellata, Grammosciadium daucoides, Grammosciadium macrodon subsp nezaketiae, Pimpinella nudicaulis and Prangos pabularia showed antimicrobial activity against two bacteria, extract of Fuernrohria setifolia and Caropodium platycarpum showed antimicrobial activity against three tested bacteria and extract of Zosima absinthifolia against five bacteria. Key Words: Apiaceae, antimicrobial effect, MIC, disk diffusion.
