Bir gıda fabrikasında enerji verimliliği performans değerlendirmesi

Abstract

Yüksek enerji kullanımı ve maliyeti nedeniyle sanayi sektöründe enerjinin tasarrufu ve verimliliği son derece önemlidir. Bu tez çalışmasında özellikle gıda sanayinde faaliyet gösteren bir fabrikada enerji etüt çalışması yapılmıştır. Seçilen gıda işletmesinin gofret üretim hattında detaylı enerji ölçümleri yapılarak, enerji verimliliği potansiyeli araştırılmıştır. İşletmede enerji verimliliğin sağlanması ve sürekli olabilmesi için mevcut durum incelenerek enerji verimliliğinin arttırılması yönünde öneriler yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda çevreye verilen CO2 salınımı hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca, bu çalışmada, gıda üretim endüstrisinde tüketilen enerjinin tasarruf potansiyeli ile ülkemiz ekonomisine katkısı ve önemi tartışılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar gıda sektöründe önem arz etmektedir ve enerji verimliliğinin iyileştirilmesinde kullanılabilecek niteliktedir. Energy-efficiency in the industrial sector is extremely important due to their high energy use and cost. In this thesis study, an energy audit was carried out especially in a factory operating in the food industry. Detailed energy measurements were carried out in a wafer production line of the selected food factory and the potential of energy efficiency was investigated. In order to ensure energy efficiency and sustainability at the selected food factory, the proposals have been offered to increase energy efficiency by examining the current situation. At the end of the study, the CO2 emission given to the environment was calculated. Moreover, in this thesis study, the contribution of the energy saving potential in the food production industry and the importance of the economy of our country are discussed. The results are very important to the food production industry and they can be used to improve energy efficiency in the food sector.Keywords: Energy Efficiency, Food Factory, Energy and Measurement, Karaman.
