dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu çalışmada bazı 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiklerinin metil 4-formilbenzoat ile reaksiyonları incelenmiş ve 4 yeni 3-alkil(aril)- 4-(4-metoksikarbonilbenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro- İH- 1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği sen- tezlenmiştir. Sonra elde edilen yeni bileşiklerin asetik anhidrit ile açillendirme reaksiyonlan incelenmiştir. Çalışmada sentezlenen 7 yeni bileşiğin yapı aydınlatmaları için mikroanaliz, İR, 1 »o H-NMR, C-NMR ve UV spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. dc.description.abstractSUMMARY SYNTHESIS AND INVESTIGATION OF CHARACTERISTIC OF SOME NEW 4,5-DIHYDRO-lH-l,2,4-TRIAZOL-5-ONES AS POTENTIAL BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE COMPOUNDS In this study, the reactions of some 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4- triazol-5-ones with methyl 4-formylbenzoate were investigated and 4 new 3-alkyl(aryl)- 4-(4-methoxycarbonylbenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-ones were synthesized. Then the acylation reactions of these new compounds with acetic anhydride were investigated. In order to identify of 7 new compounds synthesized in the study, microanalysis and spectroscopic methods including IR, 'H-NMR, 13C-NMR and UV were used.
