dc.description.abstractII ÖZET Bu çalışmalarda, 3 siklopropil-4- amino-4,5 - dihidro ~- 1 H- 1,2,4 triazol 5 -on bileşiğinin o- klorobenzaldehid, p~klorobenzaldehid, m-metoksibenzaldehid, 2,3- dimetoksibenzaldehid, 3,4,5-trimetoksibenzaldehid ve tiyofen-2-karboksil aldehid ile reaksiyonları incelendi ve karşın olan 3-siklopropil-4~(o-klorobenzilidenarnino)~4,5- dihidro--lH-l,2,4--triazol-5-»on, 3-siklopropil-4-(p~klorobenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihid- ro~lH-l,2,4-triazol-5-on, 3-siklopropil-4-(m-metoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihid- ro-UI~l,2,4-triazol-5-on, 3-siklopropil~4-(2,3~dimetoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5- dihidro- -1 H - 1,2,4-triazol-5-on, 3 - siklopropii-4- (3,4,5-trirnetoksibenzilidenamino)- 4,5-dihidro-l H-l,2,4-triazol-5~on ve 3-siklopropil~4~(2-tiyenilmetilenamino)-4,5- dihidro- 1 H-l,2,4 -triazol -5- on bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada elde edilen 6 yeni bileşiğin yapı aydınlatılması için mikroanaliz, İR, '.H-NMR, nC-NMR ve UV spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. dc.description.abstractm SUMMARY Synthesis of Some New Potential Biological Active 3-Cyclopropyl~4-~ammo - 4,5- diliydro-1 11-1,2,4-triazoI~5-ones. In this study, the reaction of 3~cyclopropyl 4 -amino-4,5-dihydro -IH-1,2.4- triazol- --5-one with o~chlorobenzaldehyde, p-chlorobenzaldehyde, m-methoxy- benzaldehyde, 2,3 -dimethyloxybenzaldehyde, 3,4,5-lriinethoxybenzaldchydc and thiophene-2-carboxyaldehyde were investigated and 3-cyclopropyl~4-(o-chloro- benzylidenamino)~4,5--dihydro- 1 H- 1,2,4 -lriazol-5 -one, 3 - cyclopt opyl-4 (p chloto- benzyIidenamino)~4,5-dihydro- 1 H- 1,2,4-triazol-5-one, 3-cyclopropyl-4--(ni-meth- oxybenzilidenamino)-4, 5-dihydro- 1 H- 1,2,4-lriazol- 5- one, 3-cyclopropyl -4- (3, 4 - dinietoxybenziyIdenaniino)-4,5`dilrydro~-IH-l,2,4-triazol-5-one, 3 -cyclopropyl 4 (3,4,5~trimetoxybenzilidenamino)--4,5-dihydro-l 1 1-1,2,4-triazol-5-one and 3- eyclopropyl 4 (2 thienylmethylenamino) 4,5 -dihydro 111 1,2,4-triazoI -5 one were obtained, recpectively. In order to identify -6 new compounds synthesized in the study, combuslion analyses and UV spectroscopic methods including JR, 'H-NMR, 13C-NMR and UV were used.
