dc.description.abstractBu çalısmada Kars yöresinde yetişen Scrophularia ilwensis ve Rumex crispusbitkilerinin kök ve aerial (hava) kısımlarının hekzan, aseton, metanol vediklorometan ekstraktlarının antibakteriyel aktiviteleri disk difüzyon metoduna göreStaphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538,Staphylococcus aureus etlik, Eschericia coli ATCC 25922, Eschericia coli ATCC29998, Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633, Listeria monocytogenes NCTC 96040,Enterobacter cloaca ATCC 13047, Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 12228,Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212 gibi gram pozitif ve gram negatif bakterilerekarşı denenmiştir.Bulgularımıza göre Scrophularia ilwensis ve Rumex crispus ekstraktlarınıngram pozitif bakterilere karşı antibakteriyel aktivite gösterdiği saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the antibacterial activities of the hexane, acetone, methanol anddichlorometane extracts from the root and aerial parts of Scrophularia ilwensis and Rumexcrispus growing in the region of Kars were tested againts both Gram positive and Gramnegative bacteria by Disc Diffusion method on the following test microorganism :Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29213, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, Staphylococcusaureus etlik, Eschericia coli ATCC 25922, Eschericia coli ATCC 29998, Bacillus subtilisATCC 6633, Listeria monocytogenes NCTC 96040, Enterobacter cloaca ATCC 13047,Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 12228, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212.As a result of study, we have found that extracts of Scrophularia ilwensis and Rumexcrispus revealed antibacterial activity against Gram positive bacteries.en_US
