dc.description.abstractBu çalısmada, öncelikle çalısma için gerekli olan 6 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesigi sentezlenmistir. Sonra bu bilesiklerin 3-fenoksibenzaldehid ile reaksiyonları incelenmis ve 6 adet yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-(3-fenoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesigi elde edilmistir. laveolarak bu yeni bilesiklerden 5 tanesi asetik anhidrid ile muamele edilerek N-asetiltürevleri elde edilmistir. Sentezlenen 11 yeni bilesigin yapısı 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR veUV spektrum verileri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıstır.Çalısmanın ikinci orjinal bölümünde sentezlenen 6 yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-(3-fenoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesiginin dört faklıçözücüde (izopropil alkol, N,N-dimetilformamid, tert-butil alkol, asetonitril) tetrabutilamonyumhidroksit (TBAH) ile potansiyometrik titrasyonları yapılmıs ve yarınötralizasyon metodu ile HNP ve pKa degerleri tayin edilmistir.Çalısmada son olarak, sentezlenen 11 yeni bilesigin antioksidan özellikleriincelenmis ve bulunan sonuçlar tartısılmıstır.Anahtar Kelimeler: 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on, 3-fenoksibenzaldehid, pKa, potansiyometrik titrasyon, antiok
dc.description.abstractIn this study, firstly six 3-alkyl-(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds requiring for this study were synthesized. Then, reaction of thesecompounds with 3-phenoxybenzaldehid were investigated and six new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(3-phenoxybenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds wereobtained. In addition, five new compounds were treated with acetic anhydride and Nacetylderivatives were obtained. In order to identify the eleven new compoundssynthesized in the study, spectroscopic methods including IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR andUV were used.The second original part of this study, synthesized six new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(3-phenoxybenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds ofpotantiometric titration with TBAH and HNP and PKa values were determined by mainof half notralization method.Finally anti-oxidant properties of synthesized eleven new compounds wereinvestigated and conclusions of this study were discussed.Key Words: 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one, 3-phenoxybenzaldehid, pKa, potentiometric titration, antioxidant.en_US
