Bu çalısmada Kars Çayı'ndan avlanan Siraz balıklarının (Capoeta capoeta capoeta) kas vesolungaç dokuları ile ortam sedimentinde demir, bakır, çinko, manganez, kadmiyum vekursun metallerinin birikim düzeyleri arastırılmıstır.Örnekler 2005 yılının Agustos, Eylül ve Ekim aylarında toplanıp Atomik AbsorpsiyonSpektrofotometresi ile analiz edilmistir.Bulgularımıza göre, Capoeta capoeta capoeta `nın yenilebilir kas dokularında agırmetallerden Fe 0.075-0.115, Cu 0.047-0.158, Zn 1.292-1.873, Mn 0.284-0.913, Cd 0.047-0.078 ve Pb 0.593-0.844 mg/kg, solungaç dokusunda Fe 0.083-0.193, Cu 0.055-0.116, Zn1.217-2.174, Mn 0.725-1.689, Cd 0.024-0.076 ve Pb 0.421-0.861 mg/kg ve sedimentte ise;Fe 0.071-0.100, Cu 0.996-1.855, Zn 1.952-2.739, Mn 25.662-37.000, Cd 0.099-0.127 ve Pb1.470-1.918 mg/kg arasında degistigi saptanmıstır.Bulunan sonuçlar, Ulusal ve Uluslar arası kriterlerle karsılastırıldı. Arastırılan bu metallerinderisim düzeyleri Capoeta capoeta capoeta `nın kas ve solungaç dokusu ile ortamsedimentinde düsük derisimlerde bulunmus olup, insan saglıgı açısından zararsız oldugusaptanmıstır.2007, 48 sayfaAnahtar Kelimeler: Capoeta capoeta capoeta, Agır Metal, Birikim, Kars Çayı, Türkiye.
In this study, the concentration levels of heavy metals (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Cd and Pb) in theedible muscle and gill tissues of transcaucasian barb (Capoeta capoeta capoetaGuldenstaedt, 1772) and in the surrounding sediment in the Kars Creek were investigated.Samples, collected from the liver in August, September and October, 2005, were analysedby Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS).The following results were found in the edible muscle of transcaucasian barb: Fe 0.075-0.115, Cu 0.047-0.158, Zn 1.292-1.873, Mn 0.284-0.913, Cd 0.047-0.078 ve Pb 0.593-0.844 mg/kg, gill tissues of Fe 0.083-0.193, Cu 0.055-0.116, Zn 1.217-2.174, Mn 0.725-1.689, Cd 0.024-0.076 ve Pb 0.421-0.861 mg/kg ve sediment in; Fe 0.071-0.100, Cu 0.996-1.855, Zn 1.952-2.739, Mn 25.662-37.000, Cd 0.099-0.127 ve Pb 1.470-1.918 mg/kg,respectively.All the samples contained comparatively lower amounts of metals as suggested by international andnational regulatory bodies. Thus, we recommend periodic monitoring of these metals in the fishconsumed by local people.2007, 48 pageKeywords: Capoeta capoeta capoeta,Heavy Metals, Accumulation, The Kars Creek,Turkey.en_US
