dc.description.abstractBu çalısmada, 3,4-disubstitue-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on türevlerininasetonitril, N,N-dimetilformamit, tert-butil alkol ve 2-propanol çözücülerindetetrabutilamanoyum hidroksit ile susuz ortamda potansiyometrik titrasyonlarıyapılarak, yarı-nötralizasyon metodu ile pKa degerleri bulundu.Susuz ortamda çözücü olarak amfiprotik nötral çözücülerden 2-propanol ve tert-butilalkol, dipolar aprotik çözücülerden asetonitril ve N,N-dimetilformamit tercihedilmistir. Titrant olarak susuz ortam titrasyonlarında genis kullanım alanı olantetrabutilamonyum hidroksidin (TBAH) 2-propanoldeki çözeltisi kullanılmıstır.Titrasyon sonucunda elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar ve grafikler halinde verilmistir.Grafikler incelendiginde S seklinde tipik titrasyon egrileri elde edilmistir. Yarınötralizasyonmetoduyla elde edilen veriler ve grafikler kullanılarak bilesiklerinçözücülerdeki asitlik sabitleri hesaplanmıstır. 3,4-disubstutie-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesiklerinin degisik çözücülerdeki asitlik kuvvetleri çözücünündielektrik sabiti ve otoprotoliz sabiti incelenmistir.Anahtar Kelimeler: 3,4-Disübtitüe-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-onTürevleri, Susuz Ortam Titrasyonları, pKa Degerleri,Yarı-Nötralizasyon Metodu
dc.description.abstractIn this study, some 3,4-disubstitue-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one derivatives werechosen to obtain pKa values. The acidity costants were determined by usingpotentiometric titration method. The chosen derivates were titrated withtetrabutylammonium hydroxide in solvents of dimethylformamide, tert-butylalcohol, 2-propanol and acetonitrile.In non-aqueous medium, 2-propanol and tert-butyl alcohol among the amphiprotictype, and acetonitrile and N,N-dimethylformamide among the dipolar aprotic typewere preferred as solvent.Tetrabuthylamonnium hydroxide (TBAH) in 2-propanol, a titrant widely used innon-aqueous titrations, was used as titrant in all titrations.The results obtained from the titrations are presented in tables and graphs. TypicalS-shaped titration curves are observed in the graphs.
