dc.description.abstractBu çalısmada, öncelikle çalısma için gerekli olan 6 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4-5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesigi sentezlenmistir. Sonra bu bilesiklerin 4-etilbenzaldehit ile reaksiyonları incelenmis ve 6 adet yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-(4-etilbenzilidenamino)-4-5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesigi elde edilmistir.Sentezlenen 6 yeni bilesigin yapısı IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV spektrum verilerikullanılarak aydınlatılmıstır.Çalısmanın orijinal bölümünde ikinci olarak sentezlenen 6 yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-(4-etilbenzilidenamino)-4-5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesiginin dört farklı çözücüde(izopropil alkol, N,N-dimetilformamid, tert-bütil alkol, aseton) tetrabutilamonyumhidroksit (TBAH) ile potansiyometrik titrasyonları yapılmıs ve yarı nötralizasyonmetodu ile HNP ve pKa degerleri tayin edilmistir.Çalısmada son olarak sentezlenen bu 6 yeni bilesigin antioksidan özellikleri incelenmisve bulunan sonuçlar tartısılmıstır.Anahtar Kelimeler: 3-alkil(aril)-4-(4-etilbenzilidenamino)-4-5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on, 4-etilbenzaldehit, pKa, potansiyometrik titrasyon, antioksidan.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, firstly six 3-alkyl-(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-onecompounds requiring for this study were synthesized. Then, reaction of thesecompounds with 4-ethylbenzaldehyde were investigated and six new 3-alkyl-(aryl)-4-(4-ethylbenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds wereobtained. In order to identify the six new compounds sythesized in the study,spectroscopic methods including IR, 1HNMR , 13CNMR, UV were used.The second original part of this study, synthesized six new 3-alkyl-(aryl)-4-(4-ethylbenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds ofpotantiometric titration with TBAH and HNP and pKa values were determined by mainof half notralization method.Finally anti-oxidant properties of synthesized six new compounds were investigatedand conclusions of this study were discussed.Key Words: 3-alkyl-(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one, 4-ethylbenzaldehyde, pKa, potentiometric titration, antioxidant.en_US
