dc.description.abstract | Bu çalısmada 6 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-onbilesiklerinin 4-etoksibenzaldehid ile reaksiyonları incelenmis ve 6 adet yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-(4-etoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bilesigi eldeedilmistir. Sentezlenen yeni bilesiklerin 4 farklı susuz çözücüde (izopropil alkol, N,Ndimetilformamid,tert-butil alkol, aseton) tetrabutilamonyum hidroksit (TBAH) ilepotansiyometrik olarak titrasyonları yapılarak pKa degerleri tayin edilmistir. Ayrıcasentezlenen yeni bilesiklerin antioksidan özellikleri incelenmistir.Çalısmada elde edilen yeni bilesiklerin yapılarının aydınlatılması için IR, 1HNMR,13C-NMR ve UV spektroskopisi yöntemleri kullanılmıstır.Anahtar Kelimeler : 3-Alkil(aril)-4-(4-etoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on, potansiyometrik titrasyon, asitlik, Schiff Bazı, antioksidan. | |
dc.description.abstract | In this study, the reactions of six 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds with 4-ethoxybenzaldehyde were investigated and six new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-(4-ethoxybenzylidenamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-onecompounds were obtained. Potentiometric titrations of synthesized new compounds inthe four different non-aquaous solvents (aceton, 2-propanol, tert-buthyl alcohol, N,Ndimethylformamide)were done with TBAH as a titrant to yield pKa values. In additionanti-oxidant properties of synthesized new compounds were investigated.In order to identify the new compounds synthesized in the study, combustionanalyses and spectroscopic methods including IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and UV wereused.Key Words: 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one,potentiometric titration, acidity, Schiff base, anti-oxidant. | en_US |
