| dc.description.abstract | Çalı Gölü'ndeki fitoplankton türlerinin belirlenmesi 2010 Mayıs ? Eyül tarihleri arasında incelenmiştir. Fitoplanktonda Fitoplanktonda Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, Cryptophyta, Cyanophyta, Dinophyta ve Euglenophyta divizyonlarına ait 84 takson bulunmuştur. Tespit edilen 84 taksonun 32'si Chlorophyta, 19'u Bacillariophyta, 15'i Cyanophyta, 13'ü Euglenophyta, 2'si Chrysophyta, 2'si Cryptophyta ve 1 tür Dinophyta divizyolarına aittir.Ortalama su sıcaklığı 22,1 ± 2,35 °C, pH 7,1 ± 0,35, çözünmüş oksijen 4,22 ± 2,03 mg/lt, elektriksel iletkenlik 114,09 ± 10,21 µS/cm, Secchi diski görünürlüğü 69,2 ± 4,63 cm, klorofil-a 0,179 ± 0,112 µgl-1 olarak belirlenmiştir.Fitoplanktondan Oocystis elliptica, Pediastrum duplex, Anabaena flos ? aquae Anabaenopsis, elenkinii, Cyclotella kützingiana, Ankistrodesmus falcatus, Ankistrodesmus gracilis, Scenedesmus acuminatus, Schroederia setigera, Staurastrum denticulatum, Cryptomonas ovata, Anabaenopsis circularis, Gloeocapsa punctata, Phormidium sp., Phacus longicauda yaygınlık açısından en baskın taksonlar olmuştur.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Çalı Gölü, fitoplankton, su kalitesi, | |
| dc.description.abstract | Determination of phytoplankton species in Cali Lake were investigated between May 2010 and September. 84 taxa belonging to the divisions Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, Cryptophyta, Cyanophyta, Dinophyta and Euglenophyta were found in the phytoplankton. 32 of these 84 taxa belong to Chlorophyta, 19 to Bacillariophyta, 15 to Cyanophyta, 13 to Euglenophyta, 2 to Chrysophyta, 2 to Cryptophyta and 1 to Dinophyta.On the average water temperature 22,1 ± 2,35 °C, pH 7,1 ± 0,35, dissoved oxygen 4,22 ± 2,03 mg/lt, electrical conductivity 114,09 ± 10,21 µS/cm, Secchi disc transperency 69,2 ± 4,63 cm, chlorophyll-a a 0,179 ± 0,112 µgl-1 were determined.As frequency, there are dominant taxa in phytoplankton Oocystis elliptica, Pediastrum duplex, Anabaena flos ? aquae Anabaenopsis, elenkinii, Cyclotella kützingiana, Ankistrodesmus falcatus, Ankistrodesmus gracilis, Scenedesmus acuminatus, Schroederia setigera, Staurastrum denticulatum, Cryptomonas ovata, Anabaenopsis circularis, Gloeocapsa punctata, Phormidium sp., Phacus longicauda.KEY WORDS: Çalı Lake, phytoplankton, water quality | en_US |
