dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Çıldır Gölü' nde Havuz balığı (Carassius gibelio Bloch, 1782), Kamış (Phragmites australis L.), Tilki Kuyruğu (Ceratophyllum demersum L.), ortam sedimentinde ve suyunda ağır metallerin (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and Pb) birikim düzeyleri incelenmiştir.Örnekler 2010 yılının Ağustos ve Kasım aylarında toplanıp Atomik Absorpsiyon Spektofotometresi ile analiz edilmiştir.Bulgularımıza göre Havuz balığının (Carassius gibelio) kas dokusunda; Fe 4.60-7.20, Mn 0.30-0.73, Zn 3.30-5.00, Cu 0.02-0.05, Pb 0.04-0.36 mg/kg, karaciğer organında Fe 5.85-9.82, Mn 0.31-0.96, Zn 3.90-7.63, Cu 0.02-0.03, Pb 0.20-0.36 mg/kg, solungaç dokusunda Fe 11.84-20.74, Mn 1.55-2.66, Zn 9.52-10.60, Cu 0.04-0.12, Pb 0.03-0.24 mg/kg, Kamışın (Phragmites australis L.) kök kısmında; Fe 14.87-22.28, Mn 3.75-7.64, Zn 18.78-32.88, Cu 0.04-0.06, Pb 1.14-1.53 mg/kg, gövde kısmında Fe 4.88-7.43, Mn 0.90-2.15, Zn 5.67-9.25, Cu 0.03-0.04, Pb 1.15-1.36 mg/kg, yaprak kısmında Fe 6.94-7.89, Mn 2.39-4.49, Zn 10.25-19.38, Cu 0.02-0.04, Pb 1.45-1.55 mg/kg, Tilki Kuyruğunda (Ceratophyllum demersum L.) Fe 18.36-27.47, Mn 17.59-25.75, Zn 64.52-83.10, Cu 0.02-0.011, Pb 1.20-1.58 mg/kg, sedimentte Fe 49.63-51.28, Mn 13.06-19.07, Zn 77.86-91.02, Cu 0.49-0.75, Pb 1.41-1.80 mg/kg ve suda Fe 16.17-19.12, Mn 0.20-0.34, Zn 2.22-2.86, Cu 0.38-1.00, Pb 1.58-2.72 mg/kg arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır.Elde edilen sonuçlar, ulusal ve uluslararası kuruluşlarca belirlenen ağır metallerin birikim düzeyleri ile karşılaştırıldı ve incelenen metallerin düzeylerinin çevre ve halk sağlığı yönünden herhangi bir risk oluşturmadığı bulunmuştur. dc.description.abstractIn this research, the concentration levels of heavy metals (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and Pb) in goldfish (Carassius gibelio Bloch, 1782), reed (Phragmites australis L.), foxtail (Ceratophyllum demersum L.), water and sediment examples were determined in the Çıldır Lake.Samples were collected in August and November, 2010, were analysed by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS).The following results were found in the muscle of goldfish ; Fe 4.60-7.20, Mn 0.30-0.73, Zn 3.30-5.00, Cu 0.02-0.05, Pb 0.04-0.36 mg/kg, liver organ of Fe 5.85-9.82, Mn 0.31-0.96, Zn 3.90-7.63, Cu 0.02-0.03, Pb 0.20-0.36 mg/kg, gill tissues of Fe 11.84-20.74, Mn 1.55-2.66, Zn 9.52-10.60, Cu 0.04-0.12, Pb 0.03-0.24 mg/kg, root of reed ; Fe 14.87-22.28, Mn 3.75-7.64, Zn 18.78-32.88, Cu 0.04-0.06, Pb 1.14-1.53 mg/kg, stem of Fe 4.88-7.43, Mn 0.90-2.15, Zn 5.67-9.25, Cu 0.03-0.04, Pb 1.15-1.36 mg/kg, leaf of Fe 6.94-7.89, Mn 2.39-4.49, Zn 10.25-19.38, Cu 0.02-0.04, Pb 1.45-1.55 mg/kg, foxtail in Fe 18.36-27.47, Mn 17.59-25.75, Zn 64.52-83.10, Cu 0.02-0.011, Pb 1.20-1.58 mg/kg, sediment in Fe 49.63-51.28, Mn 13.06-19.07, Zn 77.86-91.02, Cu 0.49-0.75, Pb 1.41-1.80 mg/kg and water in Fe 16.17-19.12, Mn 0.20-0.34, Zn 2.22-2.86, Cu 0.38-1.00, Pb 1.58-2.72 mg/kg respectively.Our findings have been compared with the exreme values of heavy metals of national and international intitutions and finding metals levels don?t make up any risk in terms of environmental and social health.Keywords: Carassius gibelio, Phragmites australis, Ceratophyllum demersum, Water, Sediment, Heavy Metal, Çıldır Lake, Turkeyen_US
