dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, öncelikle çalışma için gerekli olan 5 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Sonra bu bileşiklerin 3-hidroksibenzaldehid ve 3-hidroksi-4-metoksibenzaldehid'in trietilamin varlığında 3,5-dinitrobenzoil klorür ile reaksiyonundan sentezlenen 3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)benzaldehid ve 3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzaldehid ile muamelesinden 5 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)-benzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on ve 5 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşikleri elde edilmiştir.Çalışmanın orjinal bölümünde, 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)-benzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on ve 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiklerinin asetik anhidrid ile reaksiyonundan 10 adet yeni 1-asetil-3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)-benzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on ve 1-asetil-3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoksi)-4-metoksibenzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşikleri elde edilmiştir.Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde sentezlenen 10 yeni bileşiğin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektroskopik yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır. Ayrıca, bileşiklerin UV spektrumları alınmış, max değerlerine karşın gelen değerleri hesaplanmıştır.Daha sonra çalışmada sentezlenen 10 yeni bileşiğin üç farklı yöntemle (indirgeme gücü, serbest radikal giderme aktivitesi ve metal şelat aktivitesi) antioksidan aktiviteleri incelenmiş, grafikleri çizilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, firstly five 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds requiring for this study were synthesized. Then, from the reactions of these compounds with 3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoxy)-benzaldehyde and 3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzaldehyde, which were synthesized by the reaction of 3-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde with 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl chloride by using triethylamine, were investigated and five 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitro benzoxy)-benzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one, five 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were obtained.In the originaly section of the study, 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoxy)-benzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones and 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were treated with acetic anhydride and ten novel 1-acetyl-3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoxy)-benzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones and 1-acetyl-3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(3,5-dinitrobenzoxy)-4-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were synthesized.In the second part of the study, the structures of ten new compounds were characterized by using IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra. Furthermore, UV spectrums of seven new compounds were investigated and λmax and ε values were calculated.In third part of the study, ten new compounds synthesized were analyzed for their antioxidant activities in three different methods (reducing power, free radical scavenging and metal chelating activity), were drawn their graphs and their results were interpreted.en_US
