dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, öncelikle çalışma için gerekli olan 9 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Sonra bu bileşiklerin 3-etoksi-4-hidroksibenzaldehidin trietilamin varlığında 2-metilbenzoil klorür ile muamelesinden sentezlenen 3-etoksi-4-(2-metilbenzoksi)-benzaldehid ile reaksiyonları incelenmiş ve 9 adet yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-etoksi-4-(2-metilbenzoksi)-benzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-onbileşiği elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen 9 yeni bileşiğin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır.Çalışmada, ikinci olarak sentezlenen yeni bileşiklerin 3 farklı yöntemle (indirgeme gücü, serbest radikal giderme aktivitesi, metal şelat aktivitesi) antioksidan özellikleri incelenmiş ve bulunan sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.Çalışmanın son bölümünde, sentezlenen 9 yeni 3-alkil(aril)-4-[3-(2-metilbenzoksi)-benzilidenamino]-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiğinin 4 farklı susuz çözücüde (izopropil alkol, tert-butil alkol, aseton ve N,N-dimetilformamid) TBAH ile potansiyometrik olarak titrasyonları yapılmış ve yarı-nötralizasyon metodu ile her bir çözücüdeki HNP ve pKadeğerleri bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, primarily nine 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds requiring for this study were synthesized. Then, the reactions of these compounds with 3-ethoxy-4-(2-methylbenzoxy)-benzaldehyde, which was synthesized by the reaction of 3-ethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with 2-methylbenzoyl chloride by using triethylamine, were investigated and nine novel 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-ethoxy-4-(2-methylbenzoxy)-benzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were obtained. The structures of synthesized new 9 compounds were characterized by using IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra.In the originaly section of the study, secondly antioxidant properties of synthesized new nine compounds were investigated and conclusions obtained were discussed with three different ways (reducing power, free radical scavenging and metal chelating activity).In the finally section of the study, synthesized nine new 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[3-(2-methylbenzoxy)-benzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were titrated potentiometrically with TBAH in four non-aqueous solvents (izopropyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, acetone and N,N-dimethylformamide) and HNP and pKa values were determined by main of half neutralization method.en_US
