dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, öncelikle çalışma için gerekli olan 6 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-amino-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. Sonra bu bileşiklerin 2-hidroksi-3-metoksibenzaldehid'in trietilamin varlığında 4-nitrobenzoil klorür ile reaksiyonundan sentezlenen 2-(4-nitrobenzoksi)-3-metoksibenzaldehid ile muamelesinden 6 adet 3-alkil(aril)-4-2-(4-nitrobenzoksi)-3-metoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşikleri elde edilmiştir.Çalışmanın orjinal bölümünde, 3-alkil(aril)-4-2-(4-nitrobenzoksi)-3-metoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşiklerinin asetik anhidrid ile reaksiyonundan 6 adet yeni 1-asetil-3-alkil(aril)-4-2-(4-nitrobenzoksi)-3-metoksibenzilidenamino)-4,5-dihidro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-on bileşikleri sentezlenmiştir.Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde sentezlenen 6 yeni bileşiğin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektroskopik yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır. Ayrıca, bileşiklerin UV spektrumları alınmış, max değerlerine karşın gelen değerleri hesaplanmıştır.Daha sonra çalışmada sentezlenen 6 yeni bileşiğin üç farklı yöntemle (indirgeme gücü, serbest radikal giderme aktivitesi ve metal şelat aktivitesi) antioksidan aktiviteleri incelenmiş, grafikleri çizilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.Çalışmada son olarak, sentezlenen 6 yeni bileşiğin antimikrobiyal özellikleri de incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, firstly six 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds requiring for this study were synthesized. Then, from the reactions of these compounds with 2-(4-nitrobenzoxy)-3-methoxybenzaldehyde which was synthesized by the reaction of 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde with 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride by using triethylamine, was investigated and six 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[2-(4-nitrobenzoxy)-3-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were obtained.In the originaly section of the study, 3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[2-(4-nitrobenzoxy)-3-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones were treated with acetic anhydride and six novel 1-acetyl-3-alkyl(aryl)-4-[2-(4-nitrobenzoxy)-3-methoxybenzylidenamino]-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one compounds were synthesized.In the second part of the study, the structures of six new compounds were characterized by using IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra. Furthermore, UV spectrums of seven new compounds were investigated and λmax and ε values were calculated.In third part of the study, six new compounds synthesized were analyzed for their antioxidant activities in three different methods (reducing power, free radical scavenging and metal chelating activity), were drawn their graphs and their results were interpreted.In the study, finally, antimicrobial properties of synthesized six novel compounds were investigated.en_US
