dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Kars ili Sarıkamış ilçesi atmosferine ait atmosferik polenler 23 Mart 2012 – 02 Aralık 2013 tarihleri arasında volumetrik yöntemle VPSS 2000 (Lanzoni) cihazı kullanılarak araştırıldı. İki yıl süresince 44 taksona ait toplam 38612 polen/m³ Sarıkamış atmosferinde kaydedildi. Tespit edilen bu taksonların 22'sinin odunsu (%36.34), 22'sinin otsu (%63.57) ve tanımlanamayan (%0.09) bitkilere ait olduğu belirlendi. Çalışılan bölgede, yoğun olarak saptanan odunsu taksonlar; Pinus sp. (%29.20), Cupressaceae/Taxaceae (%2.49), Morus sp. (%1.43) olarak saptandı. Otsu bitkiler ise; Poaceae (%43.79), Artemisia sp. (%3.01), Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae (%2.80), Rumex sp. (%2.43), Urtica sp. (%2.35), Plantago sp. (%2.22), Boraginaceae (%1.41) Mercurialis sp. (%1.09) ve Fabaceae (%1.00) olarak belirlendi. Çalışılan bölgede polen yoğunluğunun en fazla olduğu aylar Haziran ve Temmuz olarak belirlendi. Anahtar Kelimeler: Atmosferik polenler, Polen Takvimi, Kars, Sarıkamış
dc.description.abstractIn this study, airborne pollen grains and allergenic plants taxa of Kars Sarıkamış were investigated using a hirst volumetric trap VPSS 2000 (Lanzoni) from 23th March 2012 to 02nd December 2013. During two years period, a total of 38612 pollen grains/m³ belonging to 44 taxa were recorded. From identified taxa, 22 belong to arboreal (36.34%) and 22 taxa to non-arboreal (63.57%) and 0.09% unidentified pollen grains.In the investigated area, from arboreal plants taxa Pinus sp. (29.20%), Cupressaceae/ Taxaceae (2.49%), Morus sp. (1.43%) and from non-arboreal plants taxa Poaceae (43.79%), Artemisia sp. (3.01%), Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae (2.80%), Rumex sp. (2.43%), Urtica sp. (2.35%), Plantago sp. (2.22%), Boraginaceae (1.41%) Mercurialis sp. (1.09%) and Fabaceae (1.00%), were responsible for the greatest amounts of pollen grains during study period. Maximum pollen contantration of investigated area is recorded in June (52.94%) and in July (29.29%).Key Words: Airborne pollen grains, Pollen calendar, Kars, Sarikamisen_US
