dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Kars atmosferinin içeriği VPPS 2000 (Lanzoni) polen ve spor tuzağı kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Toplanan polen örnekleri aerobiyoloji laboratuvarında Wodehouse metoduna göre günlük preparatlar haline dönüştürülüp, ışık mikroskobu altında incelenmiştir. Çalışma süresinde (Mart 2012-Kasım 2013) 41 polen taksonu ve 29871 polen/m3 tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak 41 taksonun 23'ünün odunsu (%36.34); 18'inin ise otsu (%63.57) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tanımlanamayan polenlerin oranı %0.01 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Kars ili atmosferinde, yoğun olan taksonlar; Poaceae (%36.74), Pinus sp. (%18.29), Artemisia sp. (%10.40), Urtica sp. (%5.91), Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae (%5.71), Cupressaceae/Taxaceae (%2.01), Quercus sp. (%1.95), Rumex sp. (%1.81), Boraginaceae (%1.74), Cyperaceae (%1.59), Betula sp. (%1.47), Populus sp. (%1.44), Asteraceae (%1.26) ve Plantago sp. (%1.24) olarak saptandı. Araştırma bölgesinde polen yoğunluğunun yüksek olduğu ay Haziran ayı olarak gözlendi. dc.description.abstractAtmospheric content of Kars was determined by using VPSS 2000 (Lanzoni) pollen and spore trap in this study. Collected pollen samples in Kars atmosphere were converted to daily slides according to Wodehouse method in aeropalinology laboratory and examined under light microscope. During study period (from March 2012 to November 2013). 41 pollen taxa and 29871 pollen/m3 were determined. As a result, 23 taxa of 41 were found as arboreal (36.34%) and 18 taxa non-arboreal (63.57%). Unidentified pollen was calculated as 0.01% of the pollen amount.In the study are the dominated pollen taxa in the atmosphere were; Poaceae (36.74%), Pinus sp. (18.29%), Artemisia sp. (10.40%), Urtica sp. (5.91%), Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae (5.71%), Cupressaceae/Taxaceae (2.01%), Quercus sp. (1.95%), Rumex sp. (1.81%), Boraginaceae (1.74%), Cyperaceae (1.59%), Betula sp. (1.47%), Populus sp. (1.44%), Asteraceae (1.26%) ve Plantago sp. (1.24%).
