Bazı özel gruplardaki Lehmer dizileri

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında bazı özel gruplardaki Lehmer dizileri incelendi.Çalışmanın 1. bölümünde, genel anlamda indirgemeli diziler, Lehmer dizileri ve üzerinde çalışılacak gruplarla ilgili detaylı bir şekilde bilgi verilmiştir. Ayrıca 1. ve 2. bölümde çalışmamıza yön vermesi bakımından iyi bilinen bazı indirgemeli dizilerin gerek devirli gerekse iki üreteçli gruplardaki karşılıkları ve periyot uzunlukları ele alınmıştır.Çalışmanın 3. bölümünde için genelleştirilmiş Quaternion, için dihedral ve için semidihedral gruplarının Lehmer orbitlerinin periyodlarının uzunlukları hesaplanmıştır.

In this thesis, the Lehmer sequences in some special groups were examined.At the 1nd section of the study, in general detailed information has been given associated with recurrence sequences, Lehmer sequences and groups studying on. Also at the 1nd and 2rd section, in terms of directing our work, well-known some recurrence sequences both in cyclic groups and in groups which have two generators and the lengths of the period these sequences were obtained. At the 3th section of the study, the lengths of the periods of the Lehmer orbits in the generalized quaternion group for , the dihedral group for and the semidihedral group for have been calculated.
