dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada dört adet kompleks ilk defa sentezlenmiştir. Sentezlerde 4-Florobenzoik asit, 3-Florobenzoik asit, 2-Florobenzoik asit, 3-Hidroksipridin ve metal olarak CdSO4, NiSO4 ve MnSO4 kullanılmıştır. Sentezlenen kompleksler:[Mn(C7H4FO2)2(H2O)2]n (I) 1:22[Cd2(C7H4FO2)4(C5H5NO)4](II)2:4:4[Cd2(C7H4FO2)4(C5H5NO)4](III)2:4:4[Ni(C7H4FO2)2(C5H5NO)2(H2O)2](IV)1:2:2:2Sentezlenen dört kompleksin yapısı X-ışını kırınımı(X-Ray) yöntemi ile aydınlatılmıştır ve elemental analiz ve FT-IR spektroskopisi yöntemleri ile desteklenmiştir. Yapısı aydınlatılan komplekslerin Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Klebsiella pneumoniae (ATCC 4352), ve Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), gram pozitif Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC) 6538) bakterilerine karşı antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, four complexes were synthesized for the first time. 4-Fluorobenzoic acid, 3-Fluorobenzoic acid, 2-Fluorobenzoic acid, 3-Hydroxypridine and CdSO4, NiSO4 and MnSO4 were used as syntheses. Complexes synthesized:[Mn(C7H4FO2)2(H2O)2]n (I)1:22[Cd2(C7H4FO2)4(C5H5NO)4](II)2:4:4[Cd2(C7H4FO2)4(C5H5NO)4](III)2:4:4[Ni(C7H4FO2)2(C5H5NO)2(H2O)2](IV)1:2:2:2The structures of the four complexes synthesized were illuminated by X-ray diffraction (X-Ray) by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy.The antimicrobial activity of the complexes were determinant against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Klebsiella pneumoniae (ATCC 4352), and Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), gram positive Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC) 6538 were determined.en_US
