Hastane işletmelerinde bağımsız denetim ve bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, finansal tabloların finansal raporlama standartları doğrultusunda birişletmenin finansal durumunu ve faaliyet sonuçlarını tüm önemli yönleriyle gerçeğe uygun vedoğru bir biçimde gösterip göstermediği konusunda bağımsız denetçinin görüş bildirmesinisağlamak olan bağımsız denetimin, hastane isletmeleri için olan önemi üzerinde durulmuş, vebunun yanı sıra hastane işletmelerinde bağımsız denetim sisteminin ne şekilde yapılacağı,geliştirileceği anlatılmış, ve güvenilir bir biçimde işleyen bağımsız denetimin, hangi kriterlerbaz alınarak yapılması gerektiği hususunda önerilerde bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, it is emphasize to give the importance of independent audit which provides todetermine the advice of an independent auditor, whether the financial statements are inaccordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and whether thefinancial statements show the financial position and operating results accurately and truelyin hospital entreprises. Furthermore, it is tried to advance a proposal for hospital entrepriseshow to design and develop an independent audit which works dependable and also it is triedto make a suggestion how a dependable audit is put into practice within the context of criterias.
