An infrastructure and a methodology for business process management

Abstract

Bu döküman iş süreç yönetiminin altyapısı ve metodolojiyi detay olarak anlatıyor çünkü BPMİş ve Bilgi Teknolojileri arasındaki ortaklıktan daha fazlası gerektiren bir süreç yönetimidir.Doğru metodoloji ile İş'te belirli bir strateji uygulanırsa , Bilgi Teknolojileri o iş için en iyialtyapıyı kurabilir.Metodolojinde anlatılan 5 adımlık yaklaşım kullanarak bu altyapı yaratıldı. Altyapı Microsoftişletim sistemleri, uygulamalar ve araçlar gibi ağ ürünleri içeriyor. Bu ağ, sunucular veistemciler ile çalışan küçük bir domaindir. Gerekli ortam hazırlandığında, Visiul Studio 2003kullanılarak örnek bir uygulama oluşturuldu.Bu tez, burada anlatılan yöntemlerle, herhangi bir şirketin, bir BPM çözümünü nasıluygulayacağını gösterir.

This thesis explains in detail an infrastructure and a methodology for business processmanagement as BPM requires much more of a partnership between business and IT. With theproper methodology the business will get the strategy defined so that IT can create the bestinfrastructure for the situation.The Infrastructure has been created utilizing the 5 step approach defined in the methodologyexplained in detail further down in the document. The Infrastructure has been includes anetwork of Microsoft products such as operating systems, applications and tools. The networkis a fully operating small domain of servers and client machines. Once the environment wasdeployed and ready, an application is created using the Visual Studio .net 2003, as a sampleimplementation.This infrastructre demonstrates how to implement a BPM solution to any organization usingthe processes defined in this thesis.
