In this study, the contents of copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), iron (Fe), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), crom (Cr) nickel(Ni), cobalt (Co) and mangane (Mn) in flower honey and pine honey samples were analyse by an atomic absorption analyser which are collected from 25 different region in Turkey. Cu concentration is 0.37+0.27 in the flower honey samples and, 0.25+0.24in the pine honey samples as ? g/kg. Zn, 8,5 ±1.4 and 8.91 ± 0.24, Fe, 7.3 ± 3.69 and 7.5 ± 5.9, Cd, 0.021 ± 0.002 and 0.021 ± 0.003, Pb 0.84 ± 0.18 and 0.90 ± 0.23, Sb 0.14 ± 0.05 and 0.17 ± 0.06, Cr 0.36 ± 0.32 and 0.22 ±0.28, Ni, 0.21 ± 0.13 and 0.20 ± 0.22, Co, 0.036 ± 0.006 and 0.034 ± 0.01, Mn, 0.25 ± 0.14 and 0.22 ± 0.17 (respectively). These findings are in accordance with standard reference values and there is no any difference between flower honey and pine honey samples element concentrations (p>0.05) Accordin to these findings, both flower and pine honey sample element contents are similar to reference values. However, element concentrations in the studied honey samples are variable and depend on their geographical and botanical origin.en_US
