dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, Zihinsel antrenman çeşitlerinden Otojen, Düzenli nefes egzersizi ve İmgeleme antrenmanının 10-12 yaş futbolcularda teknik beceri performansına etkisinin incelenmesidir.Çalışma TFF'nun TÜFAD Şanlıurfa şubesi 10-12 yaş grubu futbolcularının rastgele örneklem yöntemine göre iki gruba ayrılmasıyla yürütülmüştür. Kontrol grubu ve Deney grubu futbolcularına çalışma öncesi ve sonrası; boy, kilo, teknik becerilerden şut, top sektirme, dripling ve pas testleri, kondisyonel parametrelerden dinamik denge, 20m sürat koşusu ve esneklik testleri uygulanmıştır.İstatistiksel analiz sonuçlarına göre; deney grubu futbolcularının 14 haftalık zihinsel antrenman süreci sonucunda teknik becerilerden şut, top sektirme, dripling ve pas, kondisyonel becerilerden; denge, sürat ve esneklik değerleri kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı olarak artış olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.Sonuç olarak 14 Haftalık Zihinsel Antrenman Yönteminin futbolcularda teknik beceri performansını artırdığı belirlenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractInvestigation the effect of mental training method on the performance of technical skill in the 10-12 aged soccer players.The purpose of this study is examining the effects which are one of the otojen, regular breathing exercise and imagery training, on technical skill performance of soccer players between 10?12 years old.This study was implemented by dividing random selected 10-12 year old soccer players from TFF Tüfad Şanlıurfa branch into two groups height, weight, kicking, ball skipping, dribbling and passing tests from technical skills, dynamic balance, 20 m. speed run and flexibility tests from conditional parameters were implemented on control group and experiment group soccer players before and after the training.According to statistical analyze results, experiment group soccer players have showed significant improvements over control group soccer players at the end of the 14 weekend mental training process. The improvements were related to kicking, ball skipping, dribbling, and passing from technical skills, balance, speed and flexibility from conditional skills.In conclusion; it is found out that 14 weekend mental training methods has improved the technical skills and performance of soccer players.en_US
