Bu yolla eldeedilen filmler homojen yapıdadırlar. YBa2Cu3O7-x filmler itrium, baryum ve bakır organometalik bileşiklerkullanılarak elde edilen farklı çözeltilerle elde edildi. YBa2Cu3O7-x süperiletken filmler, bakır, gümüş, çelik,nikel ve nikel oksit alttaşlar üzerine sol-jel yöntemiyle kaplandı. | |

The films produced in this manner were homogeneous. YBa2Cu3O7-x films were prepared usingsolutions of various Y, Ba, and Cu precursor organometallic compounds. YBa2Cu3O7-x superconductor filmswere fabricated on Ni, Ag, Stainles steel, Cu and NiO substrates by the sol-gel method using metal alkoxides. | en_US |
