dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, Şanlıurfa ve çevresinde tarım yapılan alanlarından 47 tane Pseudomonas spp. bakterisi izole edilmiştir. Bu izolatların morfolojik, fizyolojik ve biyokimyasal aktiviteleri incelenmiştir. Bitkilerde hastalıklara neden olan fungal patojenlerden Fusarium culmorum, Fusarium solani, Fusarium acumminatum , Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium chlamydosporum, Alternaria alternata, Drechslera sorokiniana, Ascochyta rabiei'ye karşı izolatların antagonistik aktiviteleri in vitro koşullarda belirlenmiştir. Deneyler 3 paralelli olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışma sonunda izole edilen 47 izolatın yapıları biyokimyasal gram negatif olduğu ve Pseudomonas spp.'nin özelliklerini gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. İzolatlardan B1, B5, B8, B16, N14, D11, BA2'nin sellülaz ve arjinin dehidrolaz aktivitesine sahip olduğu, N14 ve BA2'nin üreaz, sellülaz, arjinin dehidrolaz ve kitinaz ürettikleri bulunmuştur. Çalışmada test edilen bitki patojenlerine karşı Pseudomonas B1 izolatının %60.75, Pseudomonas B8 izolatının %58, Pseudomonas B2 izolatının %50.37'lik oranla etkili olduğu istatistiki olarak önemli bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn this research, 47 Pseudomonas sp. bacteries were isolated in rhizosphere which were cultivated in Şanlıurfa and around. The physiological, morphological and biochemical activities of these isolates were researched, Fusarium culmorum, Fusarium solani, Fusarium acumminatum, Fusarium moniliforme, F. chlamydosporum, Alternaria alternata, Drechslera sorokiniana and Ascochyta rabiei, which were led to discases in agriculture crops. The antagonistic activities of the isolates were displayed in vitro conditions towards fungal pathogens which were led to diseases. Experiments were carried out in three parallels. At the end of the research, 47 isolates isolated were determined as gram negative and it was researched that they have the charecteristics of Pseudomonas sp. That Pseudomonas B1, B5, B8, B16, N14, D11, BA2 from our isolates had cellulase and arginine dehydrolase activities and that Pseudomonas N14 and BA2 producted urease, celluase, arginine dehydrolase and chitinase were found. Consequently, in the research, 60.75% of the Pseudomonas B1 isolate, 58 % of the Pseudomonas B8 isolate, 50.37 % of the Pseudomonas B2 isolate were found statistically as important aganist tested plant pathogens.en_US
