Antep fıstığı işleme tesisi atıksularının arıtılabilirliğinin araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, özellikle Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'ndeki fıstık işleme tesisleri ziyaret edilerek fıstık işleme aşamasında kullanılan makine ve teçhizatlar ile ilgili bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Daha sonra bazı tesislerde fıstığın işlenmesi sırasında üretilen atıksu numunesinden alınarak önce karakterizasyon çalışması yapılmış, daha sonra da fenton prosesi, fenton+ultrases ve koagülasyon yöntemleri uygulanarak arıtım verimleri araştırılmıştır. Deneysel olarak yapılan çalışmaların sonuçlarına göre fıstık atıksuyunun fenton ve fenton+ultrases yöntemi ile sırasıyla % 24 ve % 25 verim elde edilirken, Alum ve FeCl3 ile koagülasyon ile yine sırası ile % 45 ve % 60 KOİ giderimi elde edildiği görülmüştür.

In this study, the pistachio processing plants, especially located in Southeast Anatolian Region, were visited and the knowledge about the device and equipment used during pistachio processing was obtained. After that, the wastewater samples were taken from some plants during the pistachio processing and characterized. The pretreatment efficiencies of pistachio processing wastewater were investigated using fenton, fenton+ultrasound and coagulation, processes. COD removal efficiencies of Fenton and fenton+ultrasound processes were 24 % and 25 %, respectively. 45 % and 60 % of COD removal efficiencies were also obtained with coagulation using aluminum sulfate and FeCl3, respectively.
