Hemodiyaliz Uygulanan Hastalarda Algılanan Stresörlerin Ve Bakımdan Memnuniyet Düzeylerinin Değerlendirilmesi.Bu çalışma hemodiyaliz uygulanan hastalarda algılanan stresörlerin ve bakımdan memnuniyet düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Tanımlayıcı tipteki araştırmanın evrenini, 2011 ve 2012 yıllarında; İstanbul ilinde bulunan özel bir diyaliz merkezinde hemodiyalizHemodiyaliz Stres Ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde aritmetik ortalama, frekans, standart sapma, yüzde gibi betimsel istatistikler ve parametrik olmayan testler kullanıldı. Örneklemin %59,8' i erkek, %76,5' i evli ve %45' i ilkokul mezunudur. Araştırmaya katılan hastaların %94,1' i Kronik Böbrek Hastası olduğu görülmektedir. Diyaliz hastalarının
Evaluation of Stressors Perceived in Patients Receiving Hemodialyses and Their Satisfaction with CareThis study was performed for the purpose of evaluating the stressors perceived in patients who received haemodialysis and levels of satisfaction from healthcare. The universe of the descriptive research consists of 102 patients receiving haemodialysis treatment at a private dialysis centre located in Istanbul in 2011 and 2012. Patient Datasheet, Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale and Haemodialysis Stress Scale are used for data collecting. Descriptive statistics and non-parametric tests such as arithmetic average, frequency, standard deviation and percentage are used for assessment of data. Out of the sampling, 59.8% are male, 76.5% are married and 45% are primary school graduates. 94.1% of the patients participating in the research are found to be patients suffering Chronic Kidney Disease. It is found that the Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scale total point averages of the dialysis patients was 77.91± 16.417. No significant difference was found between the haemodialysis patients? age groups, gender status, educational status, professions, income states, whether they are trained for haemodialysis or not, whether they suffer from other chronic disease and their status of undergoing any haemodialysis connected complication and their scale satisfaction point averages.en_US
