dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesinde yetişen Tanacetum albipannosum, Lamium gundelsheimeri, Centaurea drabifolioides, Hieracium giresunense ve Symphytum sylvaticum bitkilerinin aseton, kloroform ve metanol ekstrelerinin Enterococcus feacalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus subtilis, Klepsiella pneumonia, Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli ve Proteus vulgaris bakterilerine karşı antibakteriyel aktiviteleri kuyu difüzyon metodu kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, ekstrelerin bakterilere karşı farklı derecelerde antibakteriyel aktiviteye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. En yüksek antibakteriyel aktiviteyi C. drabifolioides?in aseton ekstresi, L. monocytogenes?e karşı göstermiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan bitki ekstreleri gram negatif bakterilere karşı hiçbir aktivite göstermemiştir
dc.description.abstractIn this research, the antibacterial activities of the acetone, chloroform and methanol extracts of Tanacetum albipannosum, Lamium gundelsheimeri, Centaurea drabifolioides, Hieracium giresunense and Symphytum sylvaticum grown in East Black Sea Region were investigated against Enterococcus feacalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus subtilis, Klepsiella pneumonia, Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli and Proteus vulgaris, by well diffusion method. The results showed that the extracts have antibacterial activity to different degrees against the bacteries used in this study. The acetone extract of C. drabifolioides showed the highest antibacterial activity against, L. monocytogenes strain. The plant extracts used in this study showed no activity against gram-negative bacteries.en_US
