dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında Ornithogalum Sigmoideum bitkisinin kök, gövde, çiçek kısımlarından destilasyon ile elde edilen uçucu yağ bileşimi ve kloroform ekstraksiyonu ile elde edilen ekstrakt bileşiminin içerik analizi gerçekleştirilmiş ve antimikrobiyel aktiviteleri incelenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Ornithogalum sigmoideum , Liliaceae, Uçucu yağ, GC-MS.
