dc.description.abstractBu çalışma ile literatürde bulunmayan tiyofen-2-karboksilik asitin (HTCA), imidazol (imd) ligantı içeren Nikel(II) kompleksi, 2-metil imidazol (2m-imd) içeren Bakır(II) ve Kobalt (II) kompleksleri, 2-isopropil imidazol (i-prp-imd) çeren Kobalt (II) kompleksi ve n-metil imidazol (nmetimd) içeren Mangan(II) kompleksi elde edilerek, yapıları X-ışınları tek kristal difaraksiyon verilerinden yararlanarak aydınlatılmıştırKomplekslerde tiyofen-2-karboksilik asitin monoanyonik formda tek dişli olarak metal iyonuna karboksilik asit oksijeninden bağlandığı, imidazol ve türevlerinin ise azot atomu üzerinden metal iyonlarına koordine olduğu belirlenmiştir. Mangan ve Nikel komplekslerinin [MO4N2] tipinde oktahedral geometrili, bakır kompleksinin ise [CuO2N2] tipinde karedüzlem ve Kobalt komplekslerinin ise [CoO2N2] tipinde tetrahedral geometrili olduğu belirlendi.
dc.description.abstractIn this work, thiophene-2-carboxylic acid (HTCA) complexes were synthesized by Nickel(II), Copper(II), Cobalt(II) and Manganase(II) containing imidazole (imd), 2-methyl imidazole, 2-isopropyl imidazole and n-methyl imidazole, respectively. The handled complex compounds were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction method.In the complexes, the thiophene-2-carboxylic acid acted as monoanionic monodentate manner and bonded to the metals via its carboxylate oxygen. The imidazole and its derivatives bonded to the metals via its nitrogen atoms.The geometry around the metal centers were found as octahedral [MO4N2] type for Nickel and Manganase, found as square-planar [CuO2N2] type for copper complex and tetrahedral [CoO2N2] type for cobalt complexes.en_US
