Bu çalışmada Deniz Teresi (Crithmum maritimum)'nin kök, gövde, yaprak, tohum ve çiçek gibi farklı vejetatif kısımlarının kloroform, hekzan, aseton, etanol ve metanol olmak üzere beş farklı organik çözücü ile ekstraksiyonu sonucunda elde edilen ekstraktların antimikrobiyal aktivitesi dört Gram (+); Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 12228, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus megaterium; beş Gram (-): Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Proteus vulgaris, Salmonella typhimurium ATCC 14028, Escherichia coli K-12, Yersinia pseudotuberculosis üzerinde test edilmiştir. Antimikrobiyal aktivite disk difüzyon yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir.Sonuç olarak Deniz Teresi (Crithmum maritimum)'nin antimikrobiyal aktivite özellik taşıdığı tespit edilmiştir
The proposed study introduces each of root, stalk, leaf, flowers and seed of Samphire (Crithmum maritimum) is extracted with five different organic solvents such as chlorophorm, hexane, acetone, ethanol and methanol. Antimicrobial activities of these extracts were tested against four Gram-positive bacteria: Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Staphylococcus epidermidis ATCC 12228, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus megaterium; five Gram-negative bacteria: Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853, Proteus vulgaris, Salmonella typhimurium ATCC 14028, Escherichia coli K-12, Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. The in vitro antimicrobial activity was performed by agar disc diffusion method. In conclusion, it was determined that Samphire (Crithmum maritimum) has got antibacterial activity.en_US
