1848 Numaralı Çerkeş Nüfus Defterinin Transkripsiyon ve Değerlendirilmesi dönemin sosyo-ekonomik faaliyetlerinin tespit edilmesi, nüfusun artıp azalması ile nüfus ve üretim ilişkisi, savaşların ve tarihi olayların saptanması, toplumu meydana getiren fertlerin;sayı, cinsiyet, yaş, meslek, dil, din ve öğrenim durumlarını tespit etmek Çerkeş Bölgesinin sosyolojik, ekonomik ve tarihi yönlerini araştırmak ve sosyal tarihlerini yazmak.
