Abstract

65 ÖZET Patlayıcı Maddelerin (Bombaların) Zararsız Hale Getirilmesinde Kullanılan Yöntemlerin Karşılaştırılması Terör örgütlerinin sık sık başvurduğu bir şiddet biçimi olan bombalı eylemlerin korkunç sonuçlarından korunmak ve/veya hasan en aza indirmek için çeşitli tedbirler uygulanmaktadır. Ülkemizde bombalı eylemlerle mücadele ve bunları etkisiz hale getirme görevi J.Gn.K.lığı ve Emn.Gn.Md.lüğü'nün ilgili birimlerince icra edilmektedir. Çalışmamız esnasmda teröristler tarafından en çok kullanılan on bomba düzeneği üzerinde denemeler yaparak en iyi bomba imha metodunu tespit etmeye çalıştık. Öncelikle patlayıcı madde (bomba) imha uzmanlarının en sık başvurdukları yöntemleri tespit ettik ve sonuç olarak şu üç metot üzerinde durduk;. Elle zararsız hale getirme,. Bomb disposal duty is executed by connected units of Gendermary General Command and Police in our country. In this study, we tried to find the best bomb disposal method. To realize this aim, we dealt with ten bomb traps which are the most preferred ones by terrorists. They were all in different structures.
