Ankara`da satılan hamsi, istavrit ve mezgit balıklarında anisakidae enfeksiyonları

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Ankara'da satılan hamsi, istavrit ve mezgit balıklarındakianisakidae etkenlerinin yaygınlığını saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bununiçin Ekim 2003-Mayıs 2004 ve Kasım 2004 - Nisan 2005 tarihleri arasındaAnkara'nın çeşitli semtlerindeki balık tezgahlarından satın alınan 275 hamsi,250 istavrit ve 225 mezgit olmak üzere toplam 750 balık anisakidae etkenleriyönünden incelenmiştir. Bakılan toplam 750 balıktan 322'si (%42,9)anisakidae etkenleri ile enfekte bulunmuştur. Bulunan parazitlerin %16,5'icins düzeyinde teşhis edilememiş, %83,4'ünün ise Hysterothylacium sp.olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan incelemede enfekte balıkların hepsindeHysterothylacium sp. `ye rastlanmıştır.Bakısı yapılan 275 hamsinin 126'sında (%45,8) 1361 anisakidae larvasısaptanmıştır. Bulunan larvaların %16,6'sı cins düzeyinde teşhis edilememiş,%83,4ünün ise Hysterothylacium sp. 3. dönem larvası olduğu tespitedilmiştir. Enfekte hamsilerin hepsinde Hysterothylacium sp. 3. dönemlarvasına rastlanmıştır.Bakısı yapılan 250 istavritin 117'sinde (%46,8) 699 anisakidae larvasısaptanmıştır. Bulunan larvaların %17,3'ü cins düzeyinde teşhis edilememiş,%82.6'sının ise Hysterothylacium sp.'ye ait 3. dönem larva olduklarısaptanmıştır. Enfekte istavritlerin hepsinde Hysterothylacium sp. 3. dönemlarvasına rastlanmıştır.Bakısı yapılan 225 adet mezgitin 79'u (%35,1) anisakidae etkenleri ileenfekte bulunmuştur. Bulunan parazitlerin 43'ü (%14.5) cins düzeyindeteşhis edilememiş, %40,0'ının Hysterothylacium sp. 3. dönem larvası,%55,9'unun Hysterothylacium sp. 4. dönem larvası, %2,7'sinin erkekHysterothylacum sp. ve % 1,2'sinin dişi Hysterothylacium sp. olduğu tespitedilmiştir. This study was carried out in order to determine the prevalance ofAnisakidae agents in anchovy, horse mackerel and whiting fish sold inAnkara. To do so, 275 anchovy, 225 whiting and 250 horse mackerel fish, atotal of 750, bought from various stands in Ankara between October 2003 -May 2004 and November 2004 - April 2005 were examined for anisakidaeagents. 322 of 750 fish (42,9 %) examined were found to be infected byHysterothylacium sp. from anisakidae family. Sixteen and a half percent ofthe defined parasites couldn?t be diagnosed on a species level; however,83,4 % were defined as Hysterothylacium sp. Hysterothylacium sp. wasfound in every infected fish.Of the examined 275 anchovy, 1361 anisakidae larvae were found in 126fish (45,8 %). No identification was possible for 16,6 % of the larvae,however; 83,3 % of them was identified as third-stage larvae ofHysterothylacium sp. Hysterothylacium sp. 3. stage larvae were found inevery infected anchovy.Of the examined 250 horse mackerel, Anisakidae larva were found in 117(46,8 %). No identification was possible for 17,3 % of the larvae, however;82,6 % of them was identified as third-stage larvae of Hysterothylacium sp.Hysterothylacium sp. 3. stage larvae were found in every infected mackarel.Of the examined 225 whiting fish, 79 were found to be infected byanisakidae agents (35,1 %). No identification was possible for 14,5 %. But,34,2 % possessed Hysterothylacium sp. third-stage larvae, 47,7 % hadHysterothylacium sp. third-stage larvae, where 2,7 % was male and 1,2 %was female Hysterothylacum sp. Hysterothylacium sp. was found in everyinfected whiting fish.Key Words: Anchovy, Horse Mackerel, Whiting fish, Anisakidae.
