Farklı ekim zamanı ve normunun, gümüşhane şeker fasulyesinde verim ve teknolojik özelliklere etkisi

Abstract

Çalışma, farklı ekim zamanında (22 Mayıs, 6 Haziran ve 21 Haziran) ve farklı ekim aralıklarında (30×5 cm, 30×10 cm, 30×15 cm, 45×5 cm, 45×10 cm, 45×5 cm) ekilen Gümüşhane Şeker Fasulyesinin verimi ve bazı tekonolojik özelliklerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Denemeler, Gümüşhane Merkez'de 2020 yılı yetiştirme mevsiminde, bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre ekim zamanı ana parsellere ve ekim aralıkları alt parsellere yerleştirilmek suretiyle, üç tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışma kapsamında, çiçeklenme süresi, fizyolojik olum, bitki boyu, ilk bakla yüksekliği, bitkide bakla sayısı, baklada tane sayısı, 100 tane ağırlığı, tane verimi ile su alma kapasitesi, su alma indeksi, şişme kapasitesi, şişme indeksi, protein oranı ve pişme süresi gibi teknolojik özellikler incelenmiştir.Araştırma sonuçlarına bakıldığında; en yüksek tane verimi ekim zamanına göre 7.43 t ha-1 ile 22 Mayıs tarihli ekimden, ekim aralıklarına göre ise 7.67 t ha-1 ile 30×5 cm ekim aralığından elde edilmiştir. Ekim zamanlarına göre, 22 Mayıs ekiminde bitki boyu (51.39 cm), bitkide bakla sayısı (9.72 adet) ve baklada tane sayısı (5.67 adet) en yüksek değerlere ulaşmıştır. İncelenen teknolojik özelliklerden; şişme kapasitesi en düşük 0.45 mL tane-1 (22 Mayıs ve 6 Haziran ekimi) en yüksek 0.47 mL tane-1 olarak 21 Haziran ekiminden elde edilmiştir. Gümüşhane Merkez'de Şeker Fasulyesi yetiştiriciliği için en uygun ekim zamanının Mayıs ayı sonları olduğu düşünülmektedir.

The study was carried out at different sowing times (22 May, 6 June and 21 June) and at different sowing intervals (30×5 cm, 30×10 cm, 30×15 cm, 45×5 cm, 45×10 cm, 45×5 cm). This study was carried out to determine the yield and some technological properties of the Gümüşhane Sugar Bean planted. The experiments were carried out in three replications in the 2020 growing season in Gümüşhane Merkez, according to the divided plots trial design, by placing the sowing time in the main plots and the sowing intervals in the sub-plots. Within the scope of the study, flowering time, physiological death, plant height, first pod height, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, 100-seed weight, grain yield and water uptake capacity, water uptake index, swelling capacity, swelling index, protein ratio and cooking time. Technological features such asLooking at the results of the research; the highest grain yield was obtained from the sowing date of May 22 with 7.43 t ha-1 according to the sowing time, and 7.67 t ha-1 and 30×5 cm sowing interval according to the sowing intervals. According to the sowing times, plant height (51.39 cm), number of pods per plant (9.72 no) and number of seeds per pod (5.67 no) reached the highest values on 22 May planting. Among the examined technological features; The lowest swelling capacity was obtained from 0.45 mL grain-1 (22 May and 6 June sowing) and the highest 0.47 mL grain-1 was obtained from 21 June sowing. It is thought that the most suitable planting time for sugar bean cultivation in Gümüşhane Center is the end of May.
