| dc.description.abstract | Akciğer hastalıklarının görüntülenmesinde Bilgisayarlı Tomografi'nin (BT) değerini ortaya koymak amacıyla fiberoptik bronkoskop (FBO) ile BT'nin karşılaştırıldığı geniş seriler mevcuttur.Bu çalışmada FOB ve BT tetkiki 150 akciğer maligniteli hastaya uygulandı. Kitle varlığını ve sayısını göstermede BT, FOB'ye göre istatiksel anlamda daha etkin bulundu. Olguların %76.7'i FOB ile %14'ü Transtorasik iğne aspirasyonu (TTİA) ve %9.3'ü diğer yöntemlerle tanı aldı. Olguların %49'unda lenfadenopati ve %44'ünde direk invazyonu göstermesi ile BT metastazları saptamada da etkinliğini kanıtlamıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Multiple comparative studies have been carried out between Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy (FOB) and Thorax computed tomography (CT) in order to emphasize the value of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases.In this research, FOB and CT have been performed on 150 cases with lung neoplasm. CT, compared to FOB, detecting the existing lesions 76.7 % of the cases ration biopsy and 9.3 % by the other diagnostic procedures. By showing lymphadenopathy in 49 % and direct invasion in 44% of the cases, CT hasalso proved its superiority in detecting the metastases. | en_US |
