Bu çalışmada Ankara Numune Hastanesi 3. Genel Cerrahi Kliniğirnde çeşitli cerrahi girişimler sonrası oluşan 113 postoperatif yara enfeksiyonu bakteriyolojik yönden incelendi ve izole edilen bakterilerin antimikrobiyal ajanlara duyarlı¬lıkları araştırıldı.113 olgunun 13'ünde üreme olmadı. Üreme olan 100 olgunun 81' inde (%81) tek bakteri (saf kültür), 19'unda (%19) birden fazla bakteri üredi. Üreme olan 100 olgudan toplam 120 bakte¬ri suşu izole edildi. Bunlar 69 staphylococcus aureus (%57.5) 19 klebsiella sp (%15.8), 17 escherichia coli (%14.2), ente-rococcus (%2.5), 3 beta hemolitik streptococcus (%2.5), 3 pseudomonas sp (%2.5), 2 serratia (%1.7), 1 proteus sp (%0.8) ve 3 anaerop bakteri (b fragilis, b melaninogenicus, peptococcus (%2.5) idi.
In this study, 113 postoperative wound infections were investigated for bacteriological investigations and the susceptibility of the isolated bacteria to antimicrobial agents were investigated. There were no reproduction in 13 of 113 cases. In 81 (81%) of 100 cases, single bacteria (pure culture) and in 19 (19%) more than one bacterium were produced. A total of 120 bacterial strains were isolated from 100 cases. These included 69 staphylococcus aureus (57.5%) 19 klebsiella sp (15.8%), 17 escherichia coli (14.2%), ente-rococcus (2.5%), 3 beta hemolytic streptococcus (2.5%), 3 pseudomonas sp (2.5%), 2 serratia (1.7%), 1 proteus sp (0.8%) and 3 anaerobic bacteria (b fragilis, b melaninogenicus, peptococcus (2.5%).As a result of susceptibility testing to antimicrobial agents, staphylococcus aureus is the most common; 1 - quinolone derivative ofloxacin (89.9%), 2 - amoxicillin + clavulanic acid (81.2%), 3 - 1 cephalosporin cephalothporine (62.3%) was found to be sensitive. Most of the Gram negatives; 1- They were susceptible to amikacin (100%), netilmicin (97.6%), 2-cefoperazone + sulbacamamam (90.5%) and 3- ofloxacin (90%).The most effective antimicrobial agents were isolated from the aminoglycosides and the third generation cephalosporins ceftazidime.en_US
