dc.description.abstractÖZET Miyokard Marktüsü tüm dünyada olduğa gibi ülkemizde de en önemli sağlık sorunlaraıdan bMdir.Etyolojide diğer faktörlerin yanısıra, lökosiüer ve serbest oksijen radikaflerinin rolleri tartışılmakladır.Bu tartışınayı göz önüne alarak, çalışmamız 22 akut miyokard infarktüsLü, 22 nonMÎ iskemik kalp hastası ve 24 sağlıklı kontrolde gerçekleştiıildi.Glutatyon peroksidaz ve süperoksid dismutaz aktiviteleri eritrositlerde tayin edildi.Lökosit agregasyonu için Leukergy testi kullanıldı.Bu parametreler ve kreatin kinazm miyokard izoeııziım miyokard infarktüslülerde 0, 8, 16, 24 ve 72'nci saatlerde ölçüldü.Süperoksid dismutaz ve glutatyon peroksidaz seviyeleri, miyokard infarktüslü ve nonMÎ iskemik kalp hastalıklı gruplarda, sağlıklı kontrollerden anlamlı olarak daha düşük bulundu.Leukergy yüzdeleri ve lökosit sayılan, miyokard infarktüslü ve nonMÎ iskemik kalp hastalıklı gruplarda, sağlıklı kontrollerden anlamlı olarak daha yüksek bulundu.Âkut miyokard infarktüslü gruptaki Leukergy yüzdesi nonMÎ iskemik kalp hastalarında daha yüksekti, glutatyon peroksidaz ve süperoksid dismutaz aktiviteleri daha düşüktü fakat bu istatistiki olarak anlamlı değüdiDaha gemşletilmiş klinik ve deneysel çalışmalar miyokard Marktüsünün önlenmesi ve takibinde kesin sonuçlar edinmek için gereklidir. 31
dc.description.abstractSUMMARY THE RELATIONS BETWEEN ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASES AND LEUKOCYTE AGGREGATION WITH ACTMtİES OF GLUTATHION PEROXIDASE AND SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE Myocardial infarction is one of the most important health care problems in our country as well as all over the world.lt has been discussing the roles of leukocytes and free oxygen radicals beside other various factor in aetMology.Considering this discus sion, our study has been performed in 22 acute myocardial infarction patients, 22 patients who have ischemic heart disease but no myocardial infarction and 24 healthy control subjects Activities of glutathion peroxidase and superoxide cfismutase were de termined in red cells.Leukergy test is used for measurement of leukocytes aggrega- tion.These parameters and myocardial isoenzyme of creatinine kinase are also measured at hours of 0,8,16,24 and 72nd in patients with myocardial infarction.Activities of glutathion peroxidase and superoxide dismutase in patients with myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease without myocardial infarction were found to be significantly lower than controls.Percentages of Leukergy and white blood cell counts in patients with myocardial infarction and ischemic heart disease without myocardial infarction were found to be significantly higher than controls.Percentages of Leukergy in acute myocardial infarction group were significantly higher than patients with ischemic heart disease without myocardial infarction and activities of glutathion peroxidase and superoxide dismutase was higher without statistically significant.More extended clinical and experimental studies are needed to draw definitive conclusions for preventing and follow-up of myocardial infarction. 32en_US
