dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu çalışmada GATA Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Ana Bilim Dalı'nda Mayıs 1992-Temmuz 1995 tarihleri arasında alınan 118 allogreft ve allogreft kullanılan 63 hastanın sonuçlan sunulmuştur. Olgularımızın 8'i kadın(%12,7), 55'i erkek (%87,3) idi. ortalama yaş 21,3 (16-65) idi 39 hastada defektli kınk nedeniyle, 10 hastada spinal füzyon amacıyla, 2 hastada artrodez, 2 hastada primer kırık tedavisi, 5 hastada basit kemik kisti, 2 hastada total kalça protezinde, 2 hastada total diz protezinde, 1 hastada patellar tendon rüptürü nedeniyle derin dondurulmuş allogreft kullanıldı. 8 hastada enfeksiyon (%12,6), 5 hastada pseudoartroz (%7,9), 3 hastada (%4,7) rejeksiyon gelişti. Elde edilen verilerin ışığı altında derin dondurulmuş allogrefuerin kemik bankalama metodlanna dikkatle uyulduğu zaman oldukça yararlı ve güvenilir bir greft alternatifi olduğu düşünüldü.
Vm. SUMMARY One hundred and eighteen allografts and 63 cases which were treated with these allografts in Orthopaedics and Travmatology Department of Gülhane Military Medical Academy and Medical School between May 1992 and July 1995 were evaluated in this study. 8 (12.7%) of our cases were female, and 55 (87.3%) were male. Mean age was 21.3 (Range: 16-65). We used deep frozen allografts for defected fractures in 39 patients, for spinal fusion in 10 patients for arthrodesis in 2 patients, for primary fracture treatment in 2 patients, for treatment of simple bone cyst in 5 patients, for total hip prosthesis in 2 cases, for total knee prosthesis in 2 patients and for the repair of patellar tendon rupture in 1 case. Infection in 8 (12.6%) cases, pseudoorthrosis in 5 (7.9%) cases and graft rejection were observed in 3 (4.7%) cases. We suppose according to our data that deep frozen allografts are very useful and reliable alternative grafts in case of strict submittance to the bone banking methods. -57-en_US
