TSK personeli ve ailelerinin aile hekimliğine bakışı

Abstract

Temel sağlık hizmetleri, birinci basamak tedavi ve rehabilitasyon hizmetini içinde barındıran, koruyucu sağlık hizmetlerini de kapsayan bir modeldir. Aile Hekimliği uygulamaları bu sistemin en önemli ayağını oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmamızda bu hizmeti alacakların Aile Hekimliğine yönelik düşüncelerini ortaya koymayı amaçladık.Çalışma TSK personeli ve ailelerinin ikamet ettiği 14 ayrı lojman bölgesinde çok merkezli olarak yapılmıştır. Aile Hekimliği uygulamaları ile ilgili hazırlanan anket formu ailelere doldurtulmuştur. Ankette yaş, cinsiyet, medeni durum, statü gibi demografik veriler yanında Genel Sağlık Sigortası ve Aile Hekimliği hakkında bilgileri, şu anda çeşitli yerlerde pilot olarak uygulanan Aile Hekimliğinden memnuniyetleri ve yaygınlaşmasını isteyip istemediklerine yönelik 14 soru sorulmuştur.Anketi 3420 katılımcı doldurmuştur. Ortalama yaş 35,43±11,92 idi. %42,9'u erkek (n=1454) iken %57,1'i kadındı (n=1966). Katılımcıların %82,5'inin (n=2819) eğitim seviyesi lise ve üstüydü. Ankete katılanların %62,7'si (n=2147) Genel Sağlık Sigortası ve Aile Hekimliği hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Katılımcıların ¾'ü Aile hekimliği sayesinde sağlık sorunlarının çözümleneceğini, %80,8'i ise hasta memnuniyetinin artacağını düşünmektedir. Halen almakta olduğu birinci basamak sağlık hizmetinden memnun olanların oranı %67,5'dir. Ancak ?Aile Hekimliği uygulamasına bir an önce geçilmesini ister misiniz?? sorusuna olumlu cevap verenlerin oranı %83 bulunmuştur.Çalışmamıza katılanların ankete verdiği cevaplarda genel olarak Aile Hekimliği uygulamalarına yaklaşımın olumlu olduğu görülmektedir. Aile Hekimliği Sistemi her yönüyle uygulamaya konulamamıştır. Bu nedenle toplumun sistem hakkındaki bilgileri oldukça eksiktir. Buna rağmen çalışma sonuçlarımız hizmet alacakların bu sistemden beklentilerinin büyük olduğunu göstermektedir. Büyük beklentilere sahip hizmet alacak kitlenin sağlık konusundaki tatmini, Aile Hekimliği uzmanlarının önemli bir sorunu olacaktır.Anahtar Kelimeler : Aile Hekimliği

Basic health services is a model that inhold primary treatment and rehabilitation care and also contains prevantive health services. Family practice applications form the basis of this system. In our study, we aimed to expose the thoughts abut family practice of whose that will get this service.This polycentric study took place at 14 different lodging areas where TAF(Turkish Armed Forces) personnel and their families reside. The families filled out a survey which?s prepared about family practice applications. In the survey, along with demographic data such as age, gender, marital status and military status, there was 14 questiones containing information about general health insurance and family practice, their gladness from currently pilot family practice applications in different places and whether they would like it become widespread.3420 participants filled out the survey. Avarage age was 35.43±11.92 years. While 42.9% was male(n=1454), 57.1% was female(n=1966). 82.5%(n=2819) of participants? education level was highschool and over. 62.7%(n=2147) of people participating the survey denoted that they have information about general health insurance and family practice adequately. ¾ of participants stated that their health problems will be resolved owing to family practice, and 80.8% considers that patient satisfaction will be increased. The rate of the people who are satisfied from primary care thay already benefit is 67.5%. But we found that the rate of affirmative responses to the question ?would you like to change over to family practice application as soon as possible? is 83%.In the responses, given by the society participating our study, to the survey it?s seen that approach to family practice applications is affirmative generally. Family practice system applications haven?t been carried into effect at all points. Because of that society?s information about the system is considerably inadequate. Nevertheless our study results demonstrate that expectationes of people who will make use of this system are great. It might be a serious problem for family physicians to satisfy patients with too much expectations about the new developing health care system.Key words: Family practice.
