| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Ülkemizde normal çocuklarda yaş gruplarına göre serum IgE düzeyleri bilinmemektedir. Bu çalışmada GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesi Çocuk Polikliniği'ne başvuran, İstanbul bölgesinde yaşayan 310 normal çocukta serum total IgE düzeyleri MEIA yöntemi ile 0-13 yaş arasında değişen çocukların IgE düzeylerinin geometrik ortalamaları 33 IU/ml olarak bulunmuştur. Serum IgE düzeylerinin yaşla orantılı olarak arttığı görülmüştür. Çocukluk yaş grubunda yörelere, kullanılan metoda ve her kite göre normal IgE değerleri değişebilir, her laboratuvar kendi normal değerini saptamalıdır. 32 | |
| dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY Serum IgE levels may very according to age, sex, genetic, geographic and socioeconomic conditions. Serum total IgE levels of normal children have not been determined yet in all the regions of Turkey. In this stady, we measured the serum IgE levels of 310 healthy children living in the Istanbul region by using the MEIA method. Their ages ranged between 0-13 years.
