Örgütsel iletişim ile örgütsel bağlılık arasındaki ilişkisellik [bir yükseköğretim kurumu olarak Ktmü uygulama örneği]

Abstract

Her kurumda olduğu gibi faaliyet alanı insan yetiştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesi olan üniversitelerde de iş görenlerin düzenli, etkin bir şekilde işleyişi ve verimli olabilmesi için kurum içerisindeki iletişimin sağlıklı olması gerekmektedir. Örgütlerin iletişim kurmadan yapılması gerekenleri yerine getirebilmesi düşünülemez. Örgütlerin amaçlarına ve hedeflerine ulaşabilmesi için yani örgütün bulunduğu tüm faaliyetlerin yerine getirilmesinde örgüt içerisindeki bilgi paylaşımının sistemli bir şekilde işleyişi gerekmektedir. Bu işleyiş kurumun düzenli etkin bir iletişim yapısı sayesinde gerçekleşir. Bu sayede de örgütler kendi misyonlarını yerine getirmiş olurlar. Bu bağlamda kurumun iletişim yapısı ile iş görenlerin iş tatmini, performansı ve motivasyonu ile doğrudan bir ilişki söz konusudur. Aynı zamanda çalışanların iş performansının, motivasyonunun ve iş tatmininin yüksek olması kuruma olan bağlılıklarının da yüksek olduğunun bir göstergesidir.Bu çalışmada Kırgızistan – Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi mensupları ile yapılan bir çalışmayla, kurumun genel iletişim yapısı, çalışanların sosyo – demografik özellikleri ve de kuruma olan mevcut bağlılık düzeyleri incelenecektir. Bu incelemeler sonucunda, örgütsel iletişim ile örgüte olan bağlılık arasındaki ilişkisellik ortaya koyulacaktır.

In this way, the organizations are fulfilling their missionsThis context, those who work with the organization's communication structure, job satisfaction, there is a direct relationship with performance and motivation. At the same time employees' job performance, motivation and job satisfaction is higher the higher is an indicator of commitment to the institution.In this study, Kyrgyzstan - Turkey Manas University in a study made by the members, the institution of the current commitment levels, the overall communication structure of the institution and the personal characteristics examined. As a result of these investigations, will be put out ilişkisellik between organizational communication and commitment to the organization.
