| dc.description.abstract | - 61 - ?OZET- Bu çalışmada, adolesatı ve adult dönemi selim akuedukt stenozunun tanı ve tedavi sorunları tartışılmaya çalışılmış tır. Genel bilgiler bölümünde, serebral akueduktun ve ste nozunun tarihçesi, embriyolojisi, anatomisi, etyopatogenezi, patolojik anatomisi üzerinde durulmuş, akuedukt stenozunun klinik özellikleri ve tanı yöntemlerinden kısaca söz edilmiş tir, 1971-1977 yılları içinde İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Nöro şirurji Kliniği'nde, klinik, nöroradyoloj ik ve diğer araştır ma yöntemleriyle tanıya vardığımız 8 akuedukt stenozu vakası nın çeşitli bulguları ve uyguladığımız tedavi yöntemleri be lirtilmiştir. Vakalarımızın klinik tablo, araştırma bulguları ve te davi yöntemleri literatürle karşılaştırılarak tartışılmıştır, Sonuç olarak, adolesan ve adult dönemi selim akuedukt stenozunda hastanın öyküsünün titizlikle değerlendirilmesi nin, araştırma yöntemlerinin belirli bir sıra ile uygulanma sının faydalı hatta zorunlu olduğu ve bu patolojik sürecin tedavisinde ventrikülo-peritoneal saatin en seçkin tedavi yöntemi olduğu kanısına varılmıştır. | |
