dc.description.abstract61 SUMMARY Various arguments about the aethiology of pilonidal sinuses, which are usually seen in the young, are not settled yet. Most people believe that they are exogenous and acquired. The disease is easily diagnosed and treated surgically. Of the many methods of surgery applied non is completely satis factory and all of them show different rates of recurrence. In our 38 cases we applied excision and partial primary closure method. Here, in this study we gave the results of our method and compared it with the others.en_US
